Corrections policy

Draft for the publisher's review. Not yet in force.

When we get something wrong, we fix the page and add a dated note saying what changed. Fixes to test results also go in the test log. A page’s “updated” date changes only for a real change to its content.

To report a mistake, email the address on our contact page with a link to the page.
